Jeremy Chan

Born in the UK to a Chinese father and Canadian mother, Jeremy grew up in Hong Kong, UK, USA, spending time in other countries in between (France, Italy, Spain, Denmark….). Jeremy wanted to open a restaurant since he discovered it would allow him to explore individual creative freedom, as opposed to working under someone else. He enjoys looking after people, making sure they are well fed and happy, and to be able to do this through a creative experience is the ultimate dream. He was particularly drawn to this project since there are no other cooks doing the same thing in London or elsewhere, and it opened a whole new world of opportunity.
